Job Overview:

As the Chief Recruiter Officer (CRO) for our newly established Talent Acquisition Unit, you will lead the development and execution of innovative training and workforce planning strategies. The CRO will play a pivotal role in establishing our TA unit as a go-to resource partner in the industry, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs, and driving organizational growth through talent excellence.

This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and strategic insight, requiring a professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee training programs, and workforce planning across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment and workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Position the TA unit as an industry leader in employee training and workforce optimization by fostering innovative practices and scalable solutions.
  3. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  4. Design training frameworks that align with industry standards and enhance employee skillsets across all levels.
  5. Collaborate with learning and development teams to create customized training solutions tailored to client requirements.
  6. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, with an emphasis on ethical and data-driven hiring practices.
  8. Analyze market trends to forecast talent demands and address skills gaps within client organizations.
  9. Implement technology-driven workforce planning tools to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, trainers, and workforce planners to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  11. Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture, driving accountability and performance excellence.
  12. Stay updated on labor laws, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain competitive advantage.
  13. Represent the TA unit at industry conferences, networking events, and other forums to enhance visibility and credibility.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, workforce planning, or training management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of establishing and scaling recruitment or training initiatives across industries.
  • Proficiency in ATS/HRMS/HRIS-like platforms, or workforce planning software, and HR analytics tools.
  • Expertise in forecasting talent needs, competency mapping, and succession planning.
  • Ability to design and deliver training modules leveraging LMS and virtual platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data, identify trends, and optimize hiring processes.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment and predictive analytics for hiring and workforce planning.
