Workplace Policy for GBS Labs

1. General Conduct:

All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner while on the job. This includes adhering to all laws, rules, and regulations, treating coworkers and customers with respect, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

2. Anti-Harassment and Discrimination:

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin. Any employee who engages in such behavior will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

3. Confidentiality and Data Security:

Employees must maintain the confidentiality of company information and protect the company's data and assets from unauthorized access, theft, or damage. This includes using secure passwords, locking up confidential documents, and only accessing company data for business purposes.

4. Social Media and Internet Usage:

Employees are expected to use company-owned technology and internet access only for business purposes. Personal use of company-owned technology or internet access must be limited to break times, and should not interfere with job performance or the safety of others.

5. Timekeeping and Attendance:

Employees must adhere to the company's policies regarding timekeeping and attendance, including clocking in and out accurately, notifying management of any absences or tardiness, and following proper procedures for requesting time off.

6. Drug and Alcohol Policy:

The use of drugs or alcohol on company premises or while on company business is strictly prohibited. Employees who arrive on the job intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

7. Safety and Health:

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. All employees are expected to follow all safety guidelines and procedures, use equipment properly, report any accidents or injuries, and report any unsafe conditions.
